We strive to make living here as easy as possible for students. Therefore, our individual housing contracts are 12 months, from August to July. This allows students to move into their apartments in time for the fall semester.

Our goal is to streamline the payment process, so monthly installment payments are due on the first (1st) day of each month. You may turn in installment payments through our secure online portal or drop off a check at the leasing office.
